Admissions Policy
Admission to Anchor Bay University requires:
- A completed application
- High school diploma or GED documentation
- Applicable school transcripts
- A current résumé
- Two required letters of recommendation
- A third letter of recommendation (optional)
- A Personal Statement of Faith & Calling
Applicants may request review of previous college, university, or theological-school coursework, as well as professional, ministry, work, and life experience, for possible transfer or evaluation consideration. Evaluation does not guarantee that credit will be awarded.
Registration Policy
Students must complete applicable admissions and enrollment requirements before registration.
Registration follows the published Anchor Bay University Academic Calendar.
- Fall 2026 regular registration continues through September 18, 2026
- Late registration: September 19-25, 2026
- Late registration fee: $50
- Classes begin September 30, 2026
Tuition & Fees Policy
Tuition and fees are published separately under the current 2026-2027 Tuition & Fee Schedule.
Students are responsible for satisfying applicable academic and financial requirements.
Tuition, fees, and course offerings may be reviewed or revised by the University for future terms or academic years.
Transfer Credit Evaluation Policy
Anchor Bay University may evaluate previous academic coursework from theological schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
Relevant professional, ministry, life, and work experience may also be considered for evaluation where appropriate.
All evaluations are conducted individually. Submission of previous coursework, transcripts, credentials, professional experience, ministry experience, or life and work experience does not guarantee acceptance or award of credit.
Tuition Refund Policy
A student who submits a written withdrawal request during the first two weeks may receive a 100% tuition refund. After that period, refunds are determined from the date of enrollment:
- Within 30 days of enrollment: 80% refund
- Within 60 days of enrollment: 50% refund
- Within 90 days of enrollment: 30% refund
- After 90 days from the date of enrollment: no refund

Academic Grading Policy
Anchor Bay University uses the following grading scale:

Students will receive course instructions, course materials and textbook requirements, and syllabi for enrolled courses.
