High School Diploma or GED Documentation

Provide official documentation of high school completion or GED.

School Transcripts

Provide high school/GED documentation and previous college, university, or theological-school transcripts as applicable.

Current Résumé

Submit a current résumé outlining education, work, ministry, and leadership experience.

2-3 Letters of Recommendation

Two letters are required; a third may be submitted.
